_ (1) Identification, classification, revival, reconstruction of sick industries. And in the sick industry suggestion committee to be formed in accordance with subsection (1) of section 42 of the Act for management, one coordinator and at least two women including one coordinator from among the people with at least ten years of work experience in administration, management, accounting, auditing, industry, business, banking or construction management. Members will remain.
(2) The meeting of the sick industry suggestion committee shall be held on the date, time and place determined by the coordinator of the said committee.
(3) (The Patient Industry Suggestion Committee may invite a representative of any agency of the Government of Nepal or an expert of a related subject to a meeting and consult opinions as needed while performing its work.
(4) Other procedures related to the meeting of the sick industry suggestion committee may be determined by the committee itself.
(5) The Secretariat of the Patient Care Advisory Committee shall be in the Ministry.
